While every office has different business policies and philosophies, this course will teach you the fundamental principles of how to manage a brokerage office, while preparing you to pass the Course Finals and challenging Hawai'i Broker Exam. In addition to meeting the licensing requirements (active licensed Salesperson for 3 of the last  5 years), if you have the ambition and self-discipline to power through a minimum of 80 hours of "class time".
