Designed by Rick Seiler, who has been a licensed broker in Hawai'i for nearly 40 years, this online independent study course was the first of it's kind to be offered in the state of Hawai'i in August 2001 and continues to be the school choice for many of Hawai'i's aspiring Real Estate Salespeople. The Real Estate Salesperson course is the perfect choice if you're interested in starting a rewarding career in Hawai'i Real Estate. As you work your way through the course, which is broken down into eight modules, you'll learn about the history and development of real property in Hawai'i, land descriptions, time shares, title & escrow, different aspects of real property tax, and much more to prepare you for the course finals and the Hawai'i State Licensing Exam. Students will receive a textbook (shipped with USPS Priority Mail Shipping), access to online tests and course finals, and various links and resources to help with studies.
If you are at least 18 years of age, have a high school diploma or its equivalent. Have an email account & access to a computer, printer, and the internet, and have the willingness and discipline to make it through a minimum of 60 hours of "study time".
