The Hawai'i portion of the Real Estate Exam is challenging.
Recently Hawaii Real Estate Branch presented some interesting test information for first-time test takers from January 1, 2019 through December 31, 2019:
- Salesperson: 1,882 candidates had a 37% pass rate for the Hawaii portion of the exam.
- Broker: 265 candidates had a pass rate of 40% for the Hawaii portion of the exam.
If you expect to pass on your 1st attempt, you will need to invest lots of study time and repeat the online Power Pak tests until your scores are consistently in the 85% range!!

- Equivalency to the Prelicense Education Requirement; and
- Equivalency to the Uniform Section of the Examination;
- Broker Candidates should also apply for Broker Experience Certificate.
